Licensed Massage Therapist

We are currently looking for professional LMT’s to fill both part time and full time shifts.  Our clinic settings will offer you a schedule that is both flexible and steady.

Scope of position responsibilities

  • Ability to perform consecutive 50-minute quality massage therapy sessions.
  • Ability to design specific sessions based on client’s individual needs.
  • Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques required
  • Knowledge of other various modalities preferred.

Receptionist / Front Office

Ideal candidate would be responsible for answering all incoming calls, maintains internal and external communications, and helps support other departments by taking on clerical or general office related responsibilities as needed.

Scope of position responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule patient appointments as per provider’s schedule.
  • Obtains all necessary patient records as required by the provider.
  • Contact medical facilities, hospitals to schedule patients for tests and/or admission.
  • Provides requested charts to medical staff in a timely manner.
  • Answering phones, making appointments, registering patients.

Minimum qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Work experience as a Receptionist is preferred.
  • Demonstrated user proficiency with computer systems and all Microsoft office software.
  • 10-key data entry method preferred.
  • Prefers someone with strong communication skills and be able to multi-task.

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

We are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who is able to provide compassionate and quality care for patients while performing a variety of duties. The CMA collaborates with physicians, mid-level providers and other staff members to provide exceptional patient care.

Scope of position responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule patient appointments as per provider’s schedule.
  • Obtains all necessary patient records as required by the provider
  • Explain treatment procedures, medications, diets and physician institutions to patients.
  • Coordinate with practice physicians to authorize prescription refills and provide prescription.
  • Contact medical facilities, hospitals to schedule patients for tests and/or admission.
  • Assure compliance with all OSHA, HIPAA & Exposure Control regulations.
  • X-Ray licensed preferred

Minimum qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Work experience as a medical assistant commensurate with certification
  • Certified Medical Assistant, CMA
  • 2-4 years current Medical Assistant experience in a practicing medical office.
  • Demonstrated user proficiency with computer systems and all Microsoft office software

Physician Assistant and/or Family Nurse Practitioner

Ideal candidate will be fully committed to providing exceptional and compassionate patient care. The PA /FNP will collaborate with physicians to provide up-to-date medical management to all patients.

Scope of position responsibilities:

  • Competent in performing comprehensive physical exams.
  • Competent in ordering diagnostic & laboratory tests.
  • Performs therapeutic procedures; injections, immunizations, suturing and wound care.
  • Develops and implements patient management plans.
  • Records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of care
  • Counsel patients on different medical diseases and medical management plans.
  • Makes physical assessments, diagnosis and initiates plan for treatment.
  • Establishes a collaborative relationship with referring physicians.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Education – graduate from a Physician’s Assistant or Nurse Practitioner training program.
  • Minimum of two or more years of experience is preferred.
  • Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants or by Board of Nurse Practitioner.
  • Demonstrated user proficiency with computer systems and all Microsoft office softwares
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize work.
