Urgent Care generally is any medical need that needs to be addressed immediately or service you need right now. Almost any reason why you would go to a primary care doctor is something we can handle at our medical clinic. We can also treat many of the non life-threatening ailments people rush to an emergency room for.

At our five area locations, we treat a variety of common illnesses and injuries. We often see patients come to our clinic who have suffered a sprain or strain and need additional x-rays to ensure they haven’t fractured a bone. Our doctors can also stitch up cuts or lacerations in most cases, although if the cut has caused you to lose function in a limb or it is spurting blood, you should visit an emergency room. We also have common everyday medical services available. If you need a physical for school or for a sport, come in before that deadline passes. We also can give you a yearly flu shot to keep you from calling out of work or school sick.

When it comes to non life-threatening illnesses and injuries, you can expect the same topnotch care but for a lower cost and less time waiting to be seen by a doctor. An ER is better equipped to handle any life-threatening illnesses or injuries.

The copay at our urgent care centers is directly determined by your insurance carrier. Most insurance cards print the emergency room cost and the urgent care cost right on your insurance card. These can sometimes be abbreviated to ER and UC. You may incur additional fees if more diagnostic testing, like x-ray and lab work, is needed to complete a doctor’s diagnosis.
